Our unique name "SOLVED" was created in 1999, after its Board of Directors successfully served a combined total of over 30 years of professional law enforcement experience along with 8 years of military service in the United States Army and United States Marine Corps. This public service included a tenure working a cold case "Homicides Task Force Unit" that dated unsolved homicide cases from as far back as the 1970's as well as military service in the 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment out of Ft. Polk, L.A.. and with the 3rd Battalion / 6th Marines out of Camp Lejeune, N.C.
In addition to public service, SOLVED Board Members have also worked over 30 years combined within security & loss prevention in the private sector, along with educational achievements that include multiple degrees in Criminal Justice, Psychology and the advanced degree(s) in Public Safety Administration.
The creation of SOLVED, as followed by its distinguished "Serve and Protect" logo, marked a new chapter in its 3 company founders, and represents the closure of dedicated professional law enforcement into the birth of SOLVED, where it proudly became an official Domestic Corporation in the State of Illinois, to serve as both a licensed private detective & security agency on February 6, 2007.
SOLVED started business in the back of a hair salon, before a temporary relocation to a small residential basement in Cicero, IL until landing our fully staffed main office in Chicago, Illinois. The beginning of SOLVED was not an easy task. Professional and Quality Service has always been our trademark for success and customer satisfaction, and are the main elements of our Mission Statement today.
